What it does
When a caller hangs up before a lead is captured, Callzy can text them back.
- Opening message: the first SMS the customer receives.
- Missed Call Rescue: sends the opening message after an eligible missed call.
- Auto Resume: keeps the text flow available after the first reply.
- Cooldown: stops repeated rescue texts to the same caller too close together.
Where to find it
Dashboard path
Open the client dashboard, then switch to Text Agent.
- Enable or disable Text Agent
- Enable or disable Missed Call Rescue
- Set the follow-up delay and cooldown
- Choose the test number and send a live test
Important limits
- Starter and Growth can see the locked module, but cannot enable it.
- Manual rescue is available from the Calls tab when the call is eligible.
- Webhook automations for rescue events are also Pro-gated.
- Anything beyond the visible Pro workflow stays in Custom until it is truly shippable.
