These terms govern your use of Callzy. By signing up for Callzy or using the service, you agree to these terms.
The service
Callzy provides an AI receptionist service for businesses. The service is designed to answer missed calls, capture lead details, and text those details to the subscribing business. Standard self-serve plans do not promise automatic calendar writes or booking-system updates. Booking-system connection, where offered, is handled as custom scoped work.
Pricing
The current public self-serve offers are Starter at A$75 per month, Growth at A$149 per month, and Pro at A$249 per month. Starter includes 150 AI minutes each billing cycle. Growth includes 300 AI minutes each billing cycle. Pro includes 500 AI minutes each billing cycle. Custom pricing is quoted separately.
Setup and go-live
Callzy opens the dashboard before billing starts. Billing begins when you claim the AI number and begin the trial. You are responsible for following any call-forwarding instructions needed to send missed calls to Callzy.
Billing and cancellation
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled.
- You must keep valid payment details on file once billing begins.
- Billing changes, payment method updates, and cancellation requests may be handled through the billing portal or by contacting Callzy.
- Overage or custom commercial terms may apply based on the selected plan.
Acceptable use
- You must not use Callzy for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity.
- You are responsible for ensuring your own business complies with any laws that apply to your calls, disclosures, and customer communications.
Availability and liability
Callzy is provided on an as-available basis. While we aim to keep the service reliable, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Callzy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
